 IBJ’s yearly Black History Month celebration aims to elevate the voice of leaders in the Pierce County community who are akin to modern-day Kings and Queens. Through sharing their life experiences in community-building and nurturing, as well as their journey towards achieving excellence, our annual Let Them Speak event serves as a source of inspiration, empowerment, and a community conversation starter.
