Facilitated Empowerment of Mothers and Infants (F.E.M.I.) is a safe and nurturing group designed for mothers who have experienced the trauma of child removal and reunification..
The Babas Group offers a safe space for fathers to heal, learn, and grow as they work toward reunification with their children.

Through seed funding from the Black Future Co-Op Fund and the Community Learning Grant from Group Health Foundation, C.H.I.M.E.S. launched in March of 2021!
C.H.I.M.E.S. stands for : Community is Here to Intervene for More Equitable Solutions. The CHIMES program is specifically designed to focus on 3 areas: Prevention, Retention, and Reunification.

The C.H.I.M.E.S. Prevention Program is a 10 week virtual cohort designed to prevent families from having involvement with the Child Welfare system. Participants are offered resources, a support group, services, professional support. Active participants recieve stipends for participation.
Requirements for C.H.I.M.E.S. Prevention Program:
Must be an expecting parent or a parent to a child of the age 13 months or younger.
The C.H.I.M.E.S. Reunification Service was made to ensure our clients who are involved in a dependency case with the Child Welfare system have our support. We show up for our clients in a holistic manner. We physically support parents through attending court and other agency-related meetings. We also prepare our clients for their legal obligations by connecting them to tools to overcome systemic barriers. We have ample resources and advocates to create a collaborative environment which can rival systemic injustice.
Requirements for C.H.I.M.E.S. Reunification Program:
Must have an active dependency.
The C.H.I.M.E.S. Retention Service was built to ensure all clients have access to ongoing support, guidance, resources, and community following their graduation.
Requirements for C.H.I.M.E.S. Retention:
Available to clients following the active enrollment and completion of the C.H.I.M.E.S. Prevention Program.
