Training and consultation for an organization, non-profit, or agency in service of families of color. Entities will gain knowledge on how to approach their clients with dignity and cultural awareness.
Facilitation of trainings and workshops, including curriculum design, delivery of content, and an evaluation report.
Expert consultation on policy, documentation of observations, and deliverable of written recommendations.
Expert service that supports parents with understanding the practice, process, and policy aspects of their dependency case. (Doesn’t include interpretation of law) Goal is to shorten the length of time children are in foster care.
One-on-one expert consultation with a client in an active dependency. Includes legal guidance, documentation and observation of the legal process, and deliverable of notes. **(Rates are determined based on if a client has a dependency)**
Offering counseling, financial planning, and life coaching. Collaborative process to complete customized “Plan to Thrive”. The 10 week session includes a stipend and financial assistance resources. Deliverables include the design, preparation, and presentation of materials for the 10 week session. (I.B.J Programs: BABAS, F.E.M.I, C.H.I.M.E.S) **(Rates are determined based on if a client has a dependency)**
Evaluation of literature, policies, procedures, and the application of policy in the courtroom. Observation of the treatment of Black and Brown community members in a legal setting. Concludes with a report on all data gathered and recommendations on how to increase equity.
Independent evaluation of court bias practices, data analysis, interviews, report writing, and presentation.
Comprehensive evaluation report including review of policies, case data, court sessions, stakeholder interviews, findings, recommendations, and one presentation.
All rates are for the year 2025. Rate adjustments occur at the beginning of each year.
Up to 15% de minimis indirect costs on Modified Total Direct Costs (MTDC).
This rate sheet applies to contracting with government agencies for individual and group/collective consultations and training. Rates are grounded in Washington statutes, state program policies, and comparable reimbursement practices.
Reimbursed only if pre‑approved by the agency. Mileage, per diem, lodging must comply with Washington OFM SAAM guidelines.
